I graduated in 2021 from Ripon College with a Bachelors in Studio Art. The name Huck comes from the old English word for “ghost.” It may remind you of the word “huckster,” meaning trickster spirit. In German, it traces its roots to the word “bog;” a place where bodies were often buried long ago. I am a cemetery of everything I once was and am to become; ghosts of the past and spirits of the future reside within me. I am someone who feels they easily walk between veils finding beauty in knowing death will someday take us. I find the most comfort in the depths of my mind and the things I cannot touch. As an artist, I have died many times to bring you my art and become.
